Welcome Back! For a while there I had begun to worry we would never hear from you again. I hope you are able to find the path that will bring you inner (and outer) peace (just as wish for myself and all others who live with torments).
Do you envision a time that you may be able to fully lift that mask to show everyone the truth?

He certainly could not be the type of rabbi he was claiming to be, certainly not with the congregation or credentials he was claiming to have. He was in over his head.

"So we reach the end of Yom Kippur, our holiest days. On this day, the day for which supersedes the Shabbos "

Haven't been here for awhile and evidently neither has the poser rabbi. Anyone who makes this statement has no clue about not only Shabbos but Yom Kippur as well. I think the jury has come in and the fraud that is the author of this blog has been exposed as either a rabbi who knows nothing about basic judaism therefore disqualifying him from commenting on it with any credibility, or he is not close to a rabbi which makes him a liar and a know nothing with more time on his hands then he knows what to do with.

How sad.

"Not many informed, critically thinking atheists become
religious, if any at all." Completely untrue. There are literally
thousands of intelligent, college-educated, "critically thinking
atheists" who have become Ba'aleh Teshuva. They just don't hide it.
Religious people who choose to no longer believe may have various
reasons for wanting to stay in the community (family, etc.). An
atheist who has become religious, however, rarely has a reason to
hide it, and doesn't want to. This is just the same tired,
condescending attitude that anyone with half a brain wouldn't
believe in G-d. I've met many incredibly stupid atheists, and many
brilliant religious people who actually have "critically" examined
all sides.

Sorry-I couldn't find your email address anywhere (I might have missed it). You answered one of my comments with a reference to (not sure of exact title) "twenty three questions" or something like that, about refuting certain events in the Torah. Could you please send that link to me again? I have not had the time to read it, but I would like to.
Thanks.
